At Vastrabeat, we want you to love what you wear. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to make it better.

📦 What Can Be Returned or Exchanged?

We gladly accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

You may request a return or exchange within 10 days of receiving your order

✅ Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In their original condition and packaging

  • With all tags and labels attached

🚫 What Can’t Be Returned or Exchanged?

Some items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Customized or personalized products (e.g. custom designs, made-to-order prints)

🔄 Exchange Process

Need a different size or product? No problem!

  1. Email us at vastrabeat@gmail.com with your Order ID, product details, and reason for exchange

  2. We’ll review your request and arrange a pickup or return instructions

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your exchange

⚠️ Note: We allow one exchange per item. Please check our size guide before ordering to avoid sizing issues.

💸 Refunds 

If you prefer a return over an exchange, we offer:

  • Full refunds (excluding shipping, if any) to your original payment method

Refunds are processed within 2–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

🚚 Return Shipping Info

  • For damaged, defective, or wrong items – return shipping is free

  • For size changes or preference-based returns – you may need to cover the return shipping

We’ll guide you every step of the way after you initiate a return request.

🛡️ Quality Guarantee

We take pride in our quality. If your item arrives with any issues – printing defects, wrong item, damaged during shipping – please notify us within 48 hours, and we’ll fix it at no extra cost.
